Although COVID-19 has posed a lot of different challenges.
There have also been some benefits to this new way of life.
I personally have experienced a lot of personal satisfaction from being able to eat healthy, work out at home, spend more time with my family, and more time on my business as well.
I’ve realised how important it is to have a morning routine that sets me up for the day and allows me to get quality work done first thing in the morning.
Through having discipline, I’ve also been able to make many healthier choices such as intermittent fasting and avoiding coca cola and bread.
From a business perspective, I have been able to still provide engaging online meetings with my clients and team through working on the business rather than in the business constantly.
And the best part has been being able to be on paternity leave with my newborn daughter Amelia.
Instead focusing too heavily on the challenges Covid has brought, I’ve chosen to turn this ‘negative’ into an opportunity for growth.
Both personally and professionally.
As a result I’ve become much more resilient and I’ve made it a priority to pass on this mentality to those around me.
So when you’re faced with a difficult situation instead of giving up.
Use this as an opportunity to try and better yourself.
